A check or money order for 50% for the total booking must accompany this application. The fee balance must be paid by Cash, money order or certified check by September 1st 2008. Arrangements can be made to pay balance upon arrival. No personal checks will be accepted at this time. All hunts are non-refundable.

A Waiver and Release Agreement must be filled out and signed and accompany the application for each member of your hunting group.

A Parental Permission Form must be filled out and signed and accompany the application for each member of your hunting group UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
