Meet the Owners

Owners Ty & Tammy McCombs were born & raised in the area. As husband and wife, they’ve been outfitting for over 20-years providing top-notch service to hunters from across the world. Over the years, they’ve hosted numerous outdoor writers & tv personalities stemming from well-known industry heavyweights, Bass Pro Shops, Drury Outdoors & Buckmasters to name a few.

Management Practices

All hunts take place on extremely strict Quality Deer Management lands. Whitetail Outfitters of Ohio requires clients to only harvest 140” minimum, 4.5-year-old bucks during Archery season. During the Gun season, clients are required to harvest 150” minimum, 4.5-year-old bucks. These are set rules, unless stated differently while at camp. A $1,500 fee will be imposed for bucks harvested beneath this figure. The fee increases to $1,850 on the last day of the hunt. We are not in the business of making extra money off of clients, however, we put far too much time, effort & money toward growing world-class deer to see our farms hamstrung by deer that havent’ reached their potential.

What to Know

- Prices include Meals, Lodging & Transport to Farms.
- All hunts are completely free range with no high fences & fully guided
- Field dressing services and deer transportation are provided by our guides if desired.
- Our guides will assist in meat & trophy care and preparation.
- Meat processing, taxidermy fees, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the hunter.
- All hunters must bring safety harness.
